Real Estate Businesses Show Interest in Student-Sell
Becoming popular in the last few weeks, Real Estate ads have increased dramatically. Companies or independent landlords have shown their interest in Student-Sell and find that it is a great way to get exposure to students attending universities where their property stands. Companies such as Columbus Rental Home (Ohio State University), Crimson Group Inc (Indiana University), Fulton Place (UNC-Greensboro), as well as numerous independent landlords in Morgantown, WV (West Virginia University) have all posted real estate. Also, a large number of apartment complexes have posted ads. Student-Sell hopes to use this niche to their advantage as they target schools with large amounts of real estate and apartments available to their students.
Student-Sell Eclipses 2,000
Student-Sell.com was started 27 days ago, and has already passed the 2,000 mark. The site has been viewed approximately 2,062 times since March 10. Although this seems like nothing compared to the powerhouses like Google, Ebay, and Yahoo!, Student-Sell has only been in business 27 days. Ryan Stanowick (CEO/Owner/President) is looking for many different areas to expand. Student-Sell is looking to expand the site so it is more user friendly, as well as getting noticed by more universities in the US. As of now the Student-Sell team is doing a great job marketing at targeted schools. The month of April will tell the tail of this new site and business as a whole, due to some school closings in early May.
